Docker-Compose Deployed Gitlab system

This serves as a high level overview and getting started guide for the Docker-Compose Gitlab system.

This self contained environment is comprised of a few core components outline in more detail below.

• One (1) Ubuntu VM running an instance of the gitlab-development-kit.

• One CentOS 7 VM which clones and builds the gitlab-runner repository with jacamar configured as the executor.
